Amy brings 20+ years of leadership transformation work across 15+ countries, with certifications in business coaching, mental health, and somatic belief change. She's delivered 6,000+ hours of development work with Fortune 500 leaders and high-potential talent.


Her pivot came when she discovered systems design.


While architecting an executive transformation program, Amy realized real breakthroughs come from systemic integration, not surface-level interventions.
