Amy is the founder of Sonaris Consulting, a leadership systems practice focused on execution reliability in complex organizations. With over 20 years of experience across 15+ countries, she has worked within environments shaped by organizational complexity and cultural dynamics.
Through years of working with executives and organizations, Amy noticed a recurring tension: strong strategies, capable leaders and established processes do not always translate into consistent execution.
Her work complements existing transformation approaches by making visible the system conditions that enable enterprise capabilities to function as a coherent whole.
